24/07/2008 Internet E-Learning Hosting Now Available

In conjunction with the WA Construction Blue Card Online Course, AVELING is proud to announce the release of the AVELING Online Training Portal. The e-learning Training Portal has been specifically developed to enable public and private courses to be hosted on the Internet for user participation.

When looking at different ‘off-the-shelf’ products in the marketplace, most e-learning portals (or Learning Management Systems) have been purposely designed to operate either in a educational campus or large corporate environment. AVELING’s Online Training Portal has been built with the specific functionality required to host public and private courses online for companies and the wider public without the associated overheads found in larger institutional-oriented systems.

The AVELING Online Training Portal has been designed to cater for a wide range of courses; from a single thirty minute topic course to more complex course streams that may take days, weeks or even months to complete. The bookmarking of user progress enables the participant to dip in and out of the content whenever they wish and continue wherever they left off.

The Training Portal has also been designed to cater with a number of management features including participant reporting, automatic emailing on events and post course completion auditing and participation review. These features can be tailored to meet your organisation’s unique requirements to ensure that you have the right access and control of user participation in a course.
