Project: AVELING Training Portal
Overview: The AVELING Training Portal is designed to provide our customers with a specialised hosting solution that can be incorporated as part of the online training solution. It allows customers to easily integrate their e-learning course into a fully functional, sophisticated Learner Management System (LMS).
The following business benefits are achieved by hosting a e-learning training solution on the Portal:
- Host media-rich e-learning courses - that are accessible anywhere/anytime, from any machine with internet access.
- Provide more effective learning - let employees take courses in 'chunks'. Each time they leave a course their progress is bookmarked. When they come back, they go from where they left off.
- Get full visibility of employees' progress and assessment results - through customised reports that can be exported to any spreadsheet. This provides excellent compliance reporting when meeting set standards or legislation.
- Challenge learners through assessment and remediation - ensure employees know the content and limit access to other sections until competency is proved.
- Allow learners with prior knowledge to complete courses quicker - Recognition of Prior Learning assessments judge whether learners should go through a topic quicker.
