23/02/2009 Auditor/Assessor joins AVELING Online Team

AVELING is proud to announce that Robert Harwood has joined the AVELING Online Team as the Lead Auditor/Assessor.

With the success of the highly popular WA Blue Card online course and the release of the WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) online course, Robert has joined our team to perform RSA assessments and auditing of our two public courses.

Robert has a wealth of experience in a call centre environment. This experience enables us to provide a high level of customer service to our online participants for auditing, assessments and technical support and welcome him as a member of the team.
