Is the RSA course mandatory?

Can I do the course on more than one computer?

Yes, our courses are distributed via the internet and can be accessed from any internet-enabled computer.

Can I enrol in more than one course?

Yes, you can enrol in as many courses as you want.

What if I don’t like this method of study?

No problems, you don’t need to pay for a course until you finish it, so simply stop using it. Payment is required at the end of the course content in order to have your results assessed and to receive a Statement of Attainment.

How do I unsubscribe from a course?

Once enrolled, your account is active for thirty days. If you don’t want to continue with the course, simply wait until this time period is over and the system will automatically disabled the account.

What personal details does AVELING hold? Are these forwarded to other organisations?

AVELING only keeps personal details required for auditing and compliance purposes. As a requirement of certain courses, your information may be forwarded to other agencies, such as the Training Accreditation Council or state / territory regulatory bodies. Your information may also be forwarded to your company if they are paying for your course on their behalf.

We treat your personal details absolutely confidentially and will not pass your details on to third parties.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

Click on the ‘Request your details’ link on the login page and fill in your details. Your password will be emailed to you.

How secure are online payments?

AVELING takes security very seriously and treats it with the highest importance. We encrypt all personal information and credit card details using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. You will know that your details are being encrypted when the letters "https:" appear in the address bar and a small padlock appears at the bottom of your browser.

For extra safety, AVELING will never e-mail or call you to ask you to disclose/verify your username and/or password or confirm credit card details. Any such requests should be disregarded.

Is the course assessed by someone?

Yes. Throughout the course you will have to answer questions by typing your answers into text boxes. Your answers will be reviewed and assessed by one of our Approved Assessors, who will contact you if they need to discuss any of your answers.

What happens if I do not pass the test?

An approved assessor to contact you if you have answered questions incorrectly. Their job is to assist you to gain knowledge in the areas you're having issues with and ensure that you understand the concepts presented wherever possible
